To further leverage BioSeal’s experience and qualifications, Parks and his Company have solicited the expertise and professional reach of the Michels Corporation, the 36th Ranked utility contracting company on ENR’s Top 400 Contractors list in 2013.

Currently under a Teaming Agreement and jointly seeking a Mentor-Protégé partnership, BioSeal has the backing of partner Michels, enabling an unlimited bonding capacity which permits the partnership to submit proposals in the magnitude of $500,000.00 to $Unlimited in all aspects of the NAICS code 237 (Heavy and Civil Engineering). Such partnering will empower BioSeal to utilize its resources to their fullest potential.

Michels and BioSeal developed a Teaming Agreement to provide the Federal Government a partnered team to embrace the core values of the Mentor-Protégé Program, notably, long term sustainability and success of the Team and its parts. With Michels positioned as our Critical Subcontractor, BioSeal now has the wherewithal and is fully supported to consider utility and civil construction. projects anywhere in North America (CONUS). Together, we want to be the value added contracting team for all project solicitations providing safety, quality, and cost driven performance contracting.

With numerous successfully completed and several ongoing government projects, BioSeal expects to continue to pursue Heavy and Civil Engineering (code 237) work as it grows and becomes a reliable partnering candidate for companies like Michels and others in the federal and state contracting spheres.
